Tails: "Uh, well...no, not really. I mean, I've worked out a lot over the years. I uh...kinda wanted to look good for Cream."

Cream: "You did a good job, babe!"

Tails: "Heh...well, in any case...I'm proud of how hard I worked, but I'm not a bodybuilder. Besides, even if I could hold a pencil with my chest muscles, what would be the point? It's just a way to show off, and if there's one thing I've learned growing up, it's that trying to show off and act all special just makes you look like an arrogant jerk. I still remember how I was the first time I went to the Lost Hex as a kid. Not one of my best moments. As far as I'm concerned, it's best to just let the results do the talking for itself."

Prettyhumanguy on fA asked Tails if he was buff enough to hold a pencil between his pecs. Well, he's not. But it doesn't matter, Tails has long since outgrown trying to show off doing stuff like that. He's a grown man now, and he's totally secure in who he is as a man.
