So this is a scene from the “Spectacular Spider-Man” series. In the Episode “First Steps” Spider-Man faces off against Sandman who ensnares him in his Sand.

Having Spider-Man trapped in Stockades and shaped like a Guillotine, ready to take his head off.

Now Spider-Bat finds himself in a Similar Situation.
