one can have gender dysphoria without hating oneself.
I fundamentally disagree with that statement. When I can't even look in the mirror or simply 'down' at my body without bursting into tears, I think that qualifies as hating myself. When I don't want to show my body because of the scars both mental and physical that other people have caused, I think that qualifies as hating myself. When I'm only happy in the void embrace of sleep, I thank that qualifies as hating myself. And when I can't even sleep because of how upset I am at all of these facts, GUESS WHAT? I hate myself.

but you don't have to hate yourself. you could ... you know.... choose to love yourself and then you can make progress through it.
If you want. you have to live with you. Sounds like you're making it hard on your tulpa(s).
My tulpas are not getting involved right now. Being trans is not as easy as just simply 'loving yourself' when the 'yourself' that you see everyday looks NOTHING like the real you.
