This is my first attempt to make a fursuit and since I'm not able to do things the normal way. I'm starting directly with something extraordinary. It has full facial expressions.
It's still a prototype, but so far the concept is working greate.
Well it's a projection, but the mask isn't a 100% blank. I'm using acryl colors to increase the Resolution and there's a lot of 3d structure so it doesn't look flat.
In later versions the hair will also be real geometry, because my real eyes are going to look though the hair.

Outdoor shouldn't be a problem. These laser projectors are surprisingly bright given the small size. Furthermore, I'm using a pretty big hat that cast a lot of shadow. This reduces the problem even further. I might just lose some contrast and color saturation, but this can't be helped.
The faces are rendered from my vrchat avatar. So yes this can easily added.
