In this case, I don't see it as him being an total ass. I feel "why didn't you start with that?" is a somewhat valid question. She was already on her last legs before using it, so one can't be 100% certain her collapse is from using it.

Okay, Leo really has a lousy sense of timing, but that's sort of a valid comment. Miralle's not exactly well-trained when it comes to battle strategy and threat assessment. Granted, she could have broken out the big guns earlier in the fight, but if your first response is a 16-inch gun, you're going to be wasting valuable energy in extended combat scenarios.
Right now, though, the medic has their work cut out for them, since I sort of doubt Miralle will be breaking out her heavy healing techniques after that fight.
