Sprunki Babies, Episode 38: "When I Grow Up"
---
The Beat Box nursery was bustling with energy as the Sprunkis played and laughed. Ripple had just finished tidying up the craft corner when he clapped his hands to gather everyone’s attention.
“Alright, everyone, let’s come together for a little chat,” Ripple said, sitting cross-legged on the colorful play mat. “Today, I thought we could talk about something fun—what do you all want to be when you grow up?”
The Sprunkis perked up at the question. Wenda leaned forward eagerly. “What do you mean, Ripple?”
“Well,” Ripple explained, “when you’re older, you can choose to do all kinds of amazing things—like being a scientist, an artist, or even a pilot.”
“I want to fly!” Skye exclaimed, zooming his toy airplane in loops over Ripple’s head. “Like my plane! I’ll be the best flyer in the world!”
“You’d make a great pilot, Skye,” Ripple said with a smile. “What about you, Pinki?”
Pinki tapped her chin, deep in thought. “I think I want to be a teacher. I like helping people learn things.”
“That’s a wonderful choice,” Ripple replied. “Gray, what about you?”
Gray grinned, spinning one of his drumsticks. “I’m going to be a rock star! I’ll play the drums on the biggest stage ever.”
Ripple chuckled. “I can see it already. And Wenda, what about you?”
Wenda’s eyes lit up. “I want to be an inventor! I’ll make all kinds of cool things—like a machine that cleans up toys all by itself.”
“That’s a fantastic idea!” Ripple said. “You’d make life a lot easier for everyone.”
Durple, who had been quietly stacking shiny blocks, looked up. “I’ll be a dragon king,” he declared. “With a treasure hoard bigger than anyone’s ever seen!”
The group laughed, but Ripple nodded encouragingly. “That’s quite the ambition, Durple.”

Danny walked in with a notebook in hand, sitting down beside the group. “What’s all this about?”
“We’re talking about what we want to be when we grow up!” Skye said, showing off his airplane. “I’m going to be a pilot!”
Danny smiled. “That’s awesome! So, what about you, Ripple? What did you want to be when you were little?”
Ripple tilted his head thoughtfully. “Hmm… I think I always wanted to help others. Being here with all of you feels like I’ve found the perfect job.”
Bianca peeked her head out from the kitchen, wiping her hands on her apron. “I think I wanted to be a chef when I was younger. Looks like that worked out!”
“That’s why your star sandwiches are the best!” Gray said, making everyone laugh.
---
As the day went on, the Sprunkis started building their dreams into their playtime. Skye tied a scarf around his neck, pretending to fly through the sky, while Gray created a drum concert for his friends. Wenda grabbed building blocks and set to work on her “toy-cleaning machine,” carefully stacking pieces together.
“What if it also puts snacks away?” Pinki suggested, watching Wenda closely.
“Great idea!” Wenda replied, adding another piece to her design.
Danny and Ripple watched from the side, smiling as the Sprunkis brought their dreams to life. “It’s amazing how creative they are,” Danny said.
Ripple nodded. “They’ve got bright futures ahead.”
---
By bedtime, the Sprunkis were tired but happy. As they snuggled into their blankets, Mr. Tree’s deep voice filled the room. “Dreams are the seeds of the future. Nurture them with kindness, and they’ll grow strong.”
Ripple tucked the last of the Sprunkis in, his heart full as he looked at the peaceful faces around him. No matter what the future held, the Beat Box nursery would always be a place where dreams began.
