i'd explain a description regarding them later ^^; all I can say is, he is mute. he does not speak but communicates using words, or just 'noises'. :)
Their name, as in the ref sheet, is "Code Jr". A full name of this would be a little excessively long, or unneeded. While they appear just as AGELESS, they are often classified as 'cub' - even due to their playful/curious nature. And because Pamp City says so, or maybe because Code is also as young.
They are NOT seen without a pamp often.
