Personally, I think Lisa Simpson and Donald Duck are way more annoying. I remember back in community college meeting a student from Africa who sort of sounded like him, minus the squeakiness, and had a similar speech pattern.

I agree, but the worst cartoon character I ever know was Stanley Livingston from "Tennessee Tuxedo". A zoo employee felt the same way, the way Livingston abused the animals under his care made him embarrassed.
