It seems a little odd that he hasn't questioned why he can't remember his life before that one day, and if his amnesia might be connected with these mental difficulties he keeps having. Maybe the council did something to prevent him from thinking about it too much?

Also I've noticed that ever since Prometheus woke up from the mind wipe, the panels of every page are this same 3 by 3 grid, when before they were very dynamic. Symbolic of him being a prisoner within his own mind?

You're the first person to notice. Good observation.

I got a question since it been bugging me off and on the haxorus female page 54-56 we have seen and her over reaction or just in his mind so he wouldn’t wouldn’t learn about the war with the pawnaird war the two had for years. Wouldn’t she be curious as to why a fully evolved haxorus was in front of her and was as ignorant of their history customs and so forth. So was the female haxorus a plant, total bitch, or did the scene play out much different and in his mind she was running him off?

She probably thought he was an imposter. She might be a bitch, but we must remember Prometheus walked onto her territory and violated social customs. He didn't introduce himself before asking questions. He didn't give her supplication via a gift before asking of her identity (since he was the one stepping into her home/territory). She has a right to turn him away and be suspicious of him, for no true Haxorus would be that daft (in her experience).
