I always wanted to see Lucario in a speedo ever since I watched that certain Pokemon movie it always entice me to see him wear one with Ash or with the other pokemons since his design was so good. It felt like he had his own ambition, his own world, and His own uniqueness.
I very much love his design and I can for sure say, He will be wearing a lot of outfits for sure. :3
