Tsuja asked Wartortle if he can inflate him to an enormous size even beyond bursting point! Wartortle got scared, but decide to help him out anyway! With each pumps by pumps, and gulps by gulps, Tsuja gives him a thumbs up to make sure to keep pumping water into him!
