I decided to start doing this at the end of every year just to look back and see how the year went art-wise, and to see how much I improved over the year. The best art of each month is on the left, and the second-best is on the right. Some of these aren't exactly dA-safe, but I've cut off the non-dA safe parts of them. Some of these are also collabs, but I'm counting them anyway.

JAN: Back when I was really trying to make myself do non-flat digital shading, but before I completely stopped doing anything traditional.

FEB: Probably the start of the routine “I did the lines, Holly did everything else” collabs...

MAR: Behold the birth of the new Sableye OC who would go on to somehow get all of my best arts even though he's my least favorite of the three! asdflolwtf

APR: I started doing arts for my good remixes, and my remixes started sounding good!

MAY: I know I technically didn't do that painting in May, but the damn animation was pretty much all I did in May at all, so I had to let that count.

JUN: I started doing speedpaints.

JUL: See? What'd I tell you? Chalky got all the best arts.

AUG: Urgh. My art was starting to slow down here because of my LPs.

SEP: The Darksiders II LP stole all of my September. And no one even watched it.

OCT: This month ONLY had anything good in it because of Halloween. I can't just NOT do a Halloween special.

NOV: I started attempting to do sketchy-ish line art here. Results are inconclusive.

DEC: After Chalky stole the last of my good arts this year, I had to have Holly help me again.

Overall a pretty good year for arts. I'm hoping 2013 will be even better, but with my high school days coming to an end and college looming over my shoulder, I can't make any promises. I think we know all too well what college does to active and talented Internet people...
