This is Squall. He is a sort of tinkerer, think Dungeons and Dragons Artificer, with an affinity for lightning and water based mechanisms (he will squirt you with a water gun). A squall generally refers to a period of intense winds, but it's also associated with intense sea storms and thunderstorms, so it seems a bit fitting
