When she's not stripping and torturing others, Candy is busy coming up with new and twisted ways to spread mischief and terror to downtown Station Square.

When Julian accidentally creates a new chemical mixture that induces fear, Candy begins to use it to her advantage. She uses her own knowledge to increase its potency and convert it into a gaseous form, creating a new weapon capable of bringing even the strongest of warriors to their knees in terror.
