A bit of dairy cream! Recipe: Heavy cream, sugar. Pour heavy cream into a chilled bowl, and start whisking--mix in sugar and salt and other flavourings to preference! End result? Some nice and sticky white stuff that acts like some proper decoration to a birthday boy.
