Some of you were correct on the last pic! Sparks friends came to the rescue, Yarn and Nise in their Ogerpon outfits. Karma finally got the two troublemakers, in the spirit of Halloween.
They finally have names - Pico the Plusle and Nano the Minun, also known as The Shock Twins. Like many of their kind, they usually appear together. They may get a bio/ref sheet in the future but coming up with their names was itself a milestone.
