Nebulae a cosmic being with cosmic power, they've been alive for forever but recently created this current form 3 months before meeting Bubbles and Cotton. Not having anything better to do Nebulae chose to hang around these two goofballs it's a lot more entertaining than aimlessly roaming the Earth.

Bubbles managed to convince Nebulae to get into a diaper and while confused and a little weirded out at first they doesn't actually hate it. Nebulae is willing to go along with Bubbles and Cottons silly antics and has grown to like these two
