In the middle of Empire City, there is fire, screaming, people running for their lives. But the one who is causing all of this chaos and misery is no one other the evil mad scientist Dr. Eggman!
Amongst the pandemonium, a figure emerges from the smoke. It's Sonic, the blue hedgehog, his eyes burning with determination as he sprints towards the chaos. His quills ruffle in the heat and his sneakers sizzle against the hot pavement. He can smell the acrid stench of burning metal and scorched earth, a smell that fills him with anger and fuels his resolve to stop Eggman's latest nefarious plan.
Sonic's ears perk up as he hears the unmistakable cackle of his nemesis in the distance. The mad scientist looms over a group of trapped civilians, his robotic minions herding them towards a giant contraption that hums with malevolent energy. Dr. Eggman's eyes gleam with a manic glee as he cackles, "Soon, you all will knee before the Eggman empire."
But Sonic is having none of it. As he watches the civilians' frightened faces, he knows he has to act quickly. With a burst of speed, he races towards the group and launches himself into the air, spinning like a deadly blue buzzsaw as he strikes the robots, tearing them apart with his signature homing attack.
With Eggman's robotic foot soldiers dismantled and being scrap metal on the ground the scared civilians being Mobians and Humans run off to get somewhere safe.
"Ahhh Sonic, I've been expecting you! You annoying little blue pin cushion!"
"Well, here I am, Egghead! So what are you gonna do about it?"
Sonic smirks as he challenges the evil doctor, confident that he can defeat him yet again. However, the doctor has a few tricks up his sleeve, and this fight won't be as easy as it looks. The two arch-enemies face off, the tension in the air thick enough to cut with a knife.
"Oh but this time Sonic, I am gonna finish you off once and for all!" The mad doctor said with an evil grin.
Sonic rolls his eyes hearing this, as if this isn't the 100th time Eggman claimed he was gonna destroy. But he was ready, his body was tense and his feet were already itching to run, he was ready for whatever Eggman had planned for him.
The blue hedgehog and the evil genius squared off. Eggman presses a button in his Egg Mobile and a bright light teleports in a giant robo mech. Dr. Eggman laughs madly,.
"Behold Sonic!" The doctor flies into the cockpit on the robot now piloting it. "My finest creation yet! Meet my Egg Titan!" He announced.
The giant robot mech begins to power up, it's mechanical joints creaking with power. The robot's eyes glow red and the engines on its feet begin to roar. Dr. Eggman aims a giant metal arm towards Sonic and laughs, "Let's see how you handle this, Sonic!"
Sonic yawns implying that the doctor is not a threat to him. The blue hedgehog wastes no time, dodging the metal fist with ease as it crashes into the concrete below him.
The battle between Sonic and Egg Titan begins, the city their battleground, the fate of its inhabitants hanging in the balance. The robot's fists slammed into buildings sending debris flying everywhere. Sonic uses his speed to weave in and out of the giant robot's punches, his agility allowing him to move faster than the eye can see. The doctor is relentless, throwing everything he's got at Sonic.
But Sonic uses the speed to his advantage, darting around the robot, looking for its weak spots.
He spots an opening and with a burst of speed, he zooms towards it. He jumps onto the robot's arm. With a mighty spin-dash, he manages to break through the metal and reach the wires underneath. The robot's arm falls limp, sparks flying everywhere.
"Not so fast, hedgehog!" Dr. Eggman shouts.
Egg Titan's other arm swats Sonic away, sending him crashing into the side of a building. But Sonic is quick to recover, and he springs back into the fray, his determination undaunted.
"Oh I am just getting started you little blue pest!" Eggman presses a button in the machine. The eyes of the Egg Titan started to glow, Sonic sees the mech warping space around him. This caught the male hedgehog off guard.
"What is this!?" Sonic asks.
"The Egg Titan's special attack, say good-bye Sonic."
Suddenly, a bright beam of light shoots out from the mech's eyes. The force of the blast sends Sonic flying backward. He lands with a thud, his body aching from the impact.
"SONIC!" Tails yells finally flying into the battle.
The two-tailed fox had arrived just in time, his plane swooping down to catch Sonic mid-air, preventing the blue blur from being crushed under the giant robot's foot. Sonic groans in pain, but nods to Tails, signaling that he's okay to continue the fight.
"Thanks, buddy," Sonic says, gritting his teeth as he gets to his feet. "Let's show Eggman what we're made of!"
Tails nods back, his own determination mirroring Sonic's. The two heroes charge at the Egg Titan, ready to bring the fight to the mad doctor.
The city watches as the battle escalates, hope flickering in their hearts as they see their heroes standing tall against the overwhelming power of the Egg Titan.
But the robot is unfazed, it's eyes now a solid glowing red, the city around it seemingly bending to its will. The air crackles with energy, and the ground shakes with each step the Egg Titan takes towards the duo.
Sonic and Tails know they're in for a challenge, but they're not backing down. They'll protect this city and the people it no matter what.
The robot lunges at them again, but this time, Sonic and Tails are ready. They dodge in perfect synchronization, their movements a dance of speed and precision. Tails flies up, planting bombs on the robot's shoulders while Sonic circles around its legs, delivering quick and powerful hits.
The robot stumbles, its systems overloading. Dr. Eggman's face falls as he realizes his plan might just fail. But he won't go down without a fight. With a roar, the Egg Titan lifts its massive hand and prepares to bring it down on the heroes.
Sonic and Tails look at each other, their expressions unwavering. They know what they have to do. With a nod, they combine their powers for a Super Sonic Spin Dash, the blue hedgehog's speed and the fox's flight forming a whirlwind of destruction as they rush towards the robot's core.
The Egg Titan's hand descends, but it's too late. The duo strikes the robot's weak spot, the core, with a deafening explosion. The giant mech shudders and falls to the ground, defeated.
The fox and hedgehog then hears laughter. "Oh it's not over yet..." The robot's eyes glowed as well as the rest of the body as it fixes itself. But not only that it's looks bigger and tougher then before.
"Oh no..." Tails said looking at the Egg Titan, He then gets a reading on his tablet. "Sonic my sensors indicant a powerful energy source inside that cockpit. Remove it and we should be home free."
"Heh, alright seems simple. I got this!" He said in a cocky tone of voice.
The Egg Titan's hand crashes down where they once were, creating a massive crater in the ground. The robot rises again, it's metal frame gleaming in the light of the fires it had caused. The laughter from the cockpit echoes through the streets, sending chills down the spines of the onlookers. Who then fled the scene.
"Oh, not so fast, you little blue rodent! My Egg Titan is far from finished." Dr. Eggman gloated.
Sonic runs up the arm of the Egg Titan and makes his way up to the cockpit where Dr. Eggman is piloting the mech. He sees the seven chaos and the phantom ruby being the power source of the machine.
Sonic homing attacks the cockpit, shattering the glass and entering inside the mech. He sees the phantom in a slot and attempts to pull it out with all of his might.
"NO! STOP! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING!" Eggman yelled in a panic and flashing red lights started going off.
Sonic grins, "Oh yeah, I think I do. Chaos, control!" And with a final yank the ruby came out.
But the sudden disconnect from the machine and the Chaos Emeralds had caused the power to start surging uncontrollably.
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE, SONIC!? NOW WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE!"
Suddenly a huge explosion of energy erupts from the machine. The force of the knocks Sonic away a few yards into a pile of rubble. The Egg Titan was getting consume by energy.
"No...no...SONIC, SAVE ME!" Dr. Eggman shouted in panic as he was trying to escape his contraption. The energy concentrated into one pin point spot. The doctor was caught up in distortion of energy and his body was absorbed. The doctor and his mech implode on itself sending a shockwave that damage some of the already destroyed buildings around it.
"What the..." Tails was in awe for a moment. "Wait, SONIC!" But then remembered his best friend that was under some rubble. He quickly ran over and tried to clear the rocks. "Sonic! Can you hear me?" He shouted.
The twin tailed fox panic looking for his best friend. As he cleared away some debris, Tails eyes widen when he saw Sonic's body. He was shocked and confused. The Egg Titan that could warp reality a bit did something to Sonic. So Tails carried the unconscious to his lap.
An hour later...
Sonic was slowly opening their eyes feeling groggy as if they slept all day. Sonic sits up in stretches.
Tails then walks back in the room with his tablet in his hand. He looks up at his best friend.
"Sonic! You're wake!" Tails said relieved. "I am glad you're okay."
"Hey buddy, why wouldn't I be okay?" Sonic asked then he noticed his voice seemed different.
"Okay Sonic, I am glad you're okay...but don't freak out. You need to stand up and go to the bathroom. Because you need to look at yourself in the mirror." Tails said awkwardly.
"Um, alright." The blue blur replied.
Sonic got off the bed and walked over to the bathroom.
"So what's the big deal? Why would I freak out?"
When he looked in the mirror he froze, not sure what was going on. He then looks down at their body and touches it. Sonic examined his body and he realized that he...was not a he anymore.
"What in Solaris' name...am I a woman?" Sonic asked confused.
"Y-Yeah...while you were knocked out I ran test on the chaos emerald & phantom ruby as well as your body. It seems the two colliding energy waves of the emeralds and ruby warped your entire body into being the opposite sex. As you saw with your fight with Eggman his machine could somewhat warp space." Tails explained.
"Huh...so that's what happened to me?" Sonic shrugged.
"You don't seem to hung up about this." Tails noticed his friend nonchalant attitude.
"Tails...you know I've seen and turned into weirder crap on my adventures. Turning into a female is the least impressive."
"That's a fair point." Tails admitted.
"Plus, I have to admit that I am kinda curious about this new body." Sonic says
Sonic looks at their reflection again, the female hedgehog is rather beautiful, their quills were still spiky but a bit softer and shorter. She had bangs like Tails now. They are now more slender, their chest was fuller and their hips were wider.
They look back up and see their face is the same but slightly more feminine. Sonic smiles in the mirror, and notices the clothes she was wearing a red jacket with a black shirt underneath and red jogging pants. But they still have on their iconic shoes.
"Who put these clothes on me, was it you Tails?" Sonic asked.
"No actually, weirdly enough when you changed those clothes appeared on you. I didn't do anything. The clothes were tailored to your female form." Tails explained.
Sonic looked back down at the clothes she was wearing and smirked.
"These are some pretty sick clothes. But you know I don't mind this body, hell I think I'm kind of hot. I think I can take Rouge for her Money." She joked.
Tails just rolled his eyes and blushed. "You don't seem to be all that bothered by this?"
"Like I said buddy, this is the least impressive thing that's happened to me."
"I guess. What are you gonna tell the others?"
"Eh, I'm a girl get use to it." Sonic shrugged not caring.
As the hedgehog and fox were talking two people entered the fox's home. It was Knuckles and Amy who would always barge in Tails home or workshop. But Tails didn't mind that most of the time.
But this couldn't be anymore awkward timing.
Amy walks in holding a laptop that's really damage with Knuckles following behind her with annoyed look. "Hey Tails! Can you do me favor, some red idiot broke my laptop." She said annoyed.
"Hey! I said sorry." Knuckles defended himself.
"Knuckles! I told you that you have to be more careful with tech!" Tails scolded the echidna.
Knuckles rolled his eyes in annoyance but then his sight caught the image of this beautiful blue female hedgehog. The echidna was speechless and stunned by the female hedgehog beauty. His cheeks were flustered and his jaw dropped. Knuckles brought Tails in the hallway and they whispered.
"Tails who is that, is she your girlfriend or something?" Knuckles asked.
"W-What? No...Knuckles it's-" Before Tails can say anymore. Knuckles zipped back into room. Where Tails sees Knuckles put the moves on the female hedgehog not realizing it's Sonic.
"Hey there babe, I am Knuckles the Echidna, what's your name beautiful." Knuckles asked the new female.
"Knuckles..." Sonic said under her breath.
"Yeah, that's right, you can call me anytime." The red warrior continues to flirt.
"Knuckles it's-" Tails tries to warn him but it falls on death ears.
"Hey if you're not busy or anything I love to take you out sometime?" He gives a cheeky smile and winks.
"Okay, listen here Knucklehead." Sonic puts her hands on her hips and narrows her eyes at the Echidna. "If you would let me talk, then you would know that-"
"Awww you're shy aren't you? Well no worries, I won't judge." Knuckles said cocky.
"KNUCKLES THE ECHIDNA SHUT YOUR MOUTH FOR A SECOND AND LISTEN TO ME!" Sonic shouted which took Knux by surprised. "Knuckles, it's me....SONIC!" She finally revealed.
The echidna was silent for a second trying to comprehend what was just said. His face was blank, but after a moment he realized that this was in fact Sonic.
"I....wh....WHAT!? SONIC IS THAT REALLY REALLY YOU!?" He shouted.
"Yes you moron!" She responded.
Knuckles was shocked and was now embarrassed for flirting with his best friend. But he was more curious as how his best friend became a hot girl.
"Wait Sonic, is that really you....how?" Amy asked.
"Yes, it's me Amy, as for how, well Tails can explain it to ya."
Sonic went back to looking in the mirror as Tails began to explain what had happened earlier. Tails' explanation had of lot of science talk that they could understand for the most part but they got the gist of it.
Amy looks at the blue hedgehog who she had been crushing on for so long. He was now a she, it was so hard to comprehend this. I mean...was Sonic like this forever now? Can he change back to the man he was, or is the blue hero forever a woman?
"So is there a way to change Sonic back?" Knuckles asked.
"Maybe. I could possibly make a machine or something to fix this."
"Yeah, we can do this later though. I mean I am still me even if I look different. What I want to know if there's any trace left of Eggman. What Tails told me when I was unconscious was that Eggman basically blipped out of existence. But...knowing the doctor I am sure he's still alive. We need to go back to area where we had our fight!"
"Yeah, good point. Let's head there and see what we can find." Tails nodded.
The four of them leave the house and head over to the destroyed section of the city. The area was mostly abandoned and the few people that were there were either cleaning up or were reporters.
"Wow, the city was really torn up by the battle." Amy said.
"Yeah, it was the Egg titan. The thing that made me into this!" Sonic said.
"It's so weird, how are you giving Rouge run for her money!" Knuckles said blushing.
"You really like what you see, Knux?~" Sonic teased knowing how awkward it is for her friend.
"Uh....ummm." Knuckles was feeling to awkward at the moment to even answer.
The tablet Tails was picking up the residue of the energy that was left behind Sonic's battle with the doctor. But no Dr.Eggman insight....it was really strange.
"There's a lot of energy residue here, but I don't see a sign of Eggman anywhere." Tails said confused.
"Hmmmm, where could he have gone? Could the explosion have wiped him from existence?" Amy asked.
"It's possible...." Tails replied.
As they were all gathered and talking to each other. An Opossum with dark green fur approached him, he seemed to be much older looking then Sonic and her friends.
"Excuse me, but you four are in the way." They looked towards the opossum. Who was wearing a white tuxedo jacket with a gold necktie, gold buttons, gold pockets, and gold-colored diamond cufflinks. He was also wearing a white bucket hat with a yellow stripe running across the center.
"It's bad for business to have random pedestrians standing around a place like this even if they are Sonic's friends." The opossum said.
"And who are you?" Sonic spoke up.
"I'm Clutch the Opossum little lady, and own Clean Sweep Inc." He tips his hate off to her.
"Hey I've heard of you guys, your company actually does a service cleaning up and rebuilding sights that were destroy by Eggman attacks." Amy said informing her friends."
Clutch smirked and snickered to himself. As his company does a lot more business outside of the public eye. Although he was fine being labeled the hero.
"Oh yeah? Well seems like you guys are gonna go out of business soon." Sonic spoke with her hands on her hands.
"Is that so, and why is that little lady?" Clutch asked.
"Because the mad doctor, Eggman is gone and he's not gonna come back." She said confidently.
Clutch looked at her with an eyebrow raised.
"Really, now that is quite bold claim. And how would you know something like that, who are you?" He asked the female blue hedgehog.
"Sonic the Hedgehog, the one and only." She said.
Clutch's eyes widen in shock hearing this. He then examines the blue hedgehog, looking her up and down, and taking a good look at her face.
"I was lead to believe Sonic was....male..."
"Well, that is correct, but a mishap happen during our last fight and now I'm a female." Sonic explained.
"Hmm, well then, that's intriguing." He rubs his chin with curiosity.
"What?" Sonic asked.
"Nothing...if good old doctor is gone Sonic...that means there's no need for a hero. How would you feel about working together on something?" Clutch smirked.
