So there's this Sonic game called 'Sonic Speed Simulator' that's only on the game Roblox which features an entire cast of Sonic characters all with their own unique costumes, appearances and movement speeds. The game focuses on as the name says, speed. You move around massive courses and fulfill objectives, unlock more levels, boss battles, Tornado flight challenges, challenging others to races, doing time trials, etc. There's a lot to do if you're starting out and the game is frequently updated with newer characters, skins and content. It has microtransactions though so be aware of that if you play it. Marine the Raccoon was just recently added ever in another Sonic game as a playable character for the first time. The game is an official Sega game, but another company made it called "Famgames"

Rouge being one of the playable characters in there has a good amount of costumes. She also has her Sonic Riders outfit in the game which I've used a lot. However though she also has a really interesting beach outfit skin called "Summer Rouge". I wanted to draw her in it so here it is. I made some slight changes like not drawing her in her shoes, taking out the flower pattern in her long skirt and adding leggings to her legs.
