The idea is they both went shopping, Nina takes advantage and gets to wear more custom casual clothes for her "condition", the smell of fresh bread was just too good to wait till they arrived home!

Late to the party but the right hand (grabbing the bag from the background) looks like a left hand with the thumb under the bag. Don't want to make assumptions but it looks odd.
