Slethy in trouble yet again, what a surprise! A hefty cursed metal collar locked securely around his neck and chained to the wall ensuring he doesn't wander off while he waits for whoever his mystery captor may be.
What complicates things a little is that he initially woke up as a Snivy, and in attempting to evolve back to being a Serperior to hopefully manage some sort of escape, the collar seems to have interfered, disrupting the attempt and sealing away his ability to attempt it again for the time being.
But hey, at least this form's an interesting one. Snivy-sized, but still, something to recreate later on for sure.
