You may or may not recall me mentionin' in one of my more recent journals that there were plans for more traditionally illustrated art of Dante. Well, here was have the first of what I hope turns out to be a series drawn by the wonderfully talented SeaDewGin. (Admittedly I'm ambivalent on the topic of AI-generated art, but you'll never see me uploading anything of that nature here. Only pieces drawn by hand will grace my gallery.)

Gin and I have been friends for a little while now, and although their interest in what makes IB notable is limited to SFW, that hasn't raised any barriers between us. In fact, even though he is canonically young, Gin has come to love Dante as a character. That's why I couldn't pass up the chance to commission them this evening during their art stream for some art of the guy!

It's my hope that I'll be more than just a repeat supporter-slash-customer of Gin's going forward. My goal right now is to upgrade what is, as of the initial posting, a work of line art to a fully colored and shaded piece, replete with a dynamic background fitting for his character. No idea how long that process is going to take, but I'll be updating this submission whenever I have the chance to.
