Coming from the Unova region, Richard Zoroark - AKA Mr. Big, is the CEO of the Unova Pokémon Studio Erotic Department. Being their longest running CEO, Mr. Big has worked his ass off to ensure that UPSED works as a company behind the scenes, both financially and professionally. He is a very old fashioned man who neither has time or patience for bullshit.
If rumors are to be believed however, Mr. Big apparently had some sort of love affair with none other than Kai - the Aura Wonder. It seems that their relationship was anything less than professional. Whatever the rumors are true or not, Mr. Big has become a very stale and private person who seems to go really quiet and listens to every command given by Kai whenever the Aura Wonder is around. Knowing the Aura Wonder, he must have done something that truly broke the CEO’s heart.
Mr. Big is an older man who is thinking about retirement and just live out the rest of his days in his large house and play on the golf course. But before he can even consider such a thing, he needs to find a successor who can take over the roll as CEO of UPSED. Based on their history and Mr. Big seemingly doing anything Kai tells him, everyone at UPSED are worried that Mr. Big will make the wrong decision and appoint Kai as the new CEO when it’s time for Mr. Big to retire.
Mr. Big is a man with many burdens and regrets. But he does have an eye for talent and will do whatever he can to see one’s potential be fulfilled. There is a reason why he is UPSED’s respectable CEO.
