Payments: I work with payments made in advance. Payments can be split (50% at the beginning and 50% when the final project is delivered). Prices and details can be discussed: Things like full-body or half-body characters, clothes, accessories, and extra characters can be negotiated based on each client's idea. Similarly, different art styles and their prices can be talked about.
Characters: They must have a reference sheet. You need to provide visual references for your character. Even if you don't have a complete reference sheet, you should provide pictures of the character you want to work with. I accept most characters, like furries, humans, nekos, elves. However, I don't work with feral characters. I do SFW and NSFW images.
