Celine is definitely a slow cooking bbq pit kind of gal, the sort of thing that takes all day but gets you the kind of food people would happily die for.
to be honest i have never done A whole hog but i've cooked plenty of pieces. nothing wrong with A slow cooker great stuff comes out. I just love smoking meat with maple wood.
