So I found this adorkable story on FIM Fiction. I’d rather not share it’s title in case the author gets offended by this. In this story, where all the characters are Anthro (always a bit uncanny, anthro ponies), Spike receives a visit from Cynder (From the Legend of Spyro series), who turns out to be his birth mother in this story. A lot of tension arises from Twilight and Celestia (who, in this story, is Spike’s official adoptive mother rather than Twilight) and that’s a main plot point.
Being the weirdo I am, my favorite part comes when Spike is showing his new mom around town, and Rarity insists on making a dress for out lovable dragoness. Cynder, clad in only a cloak, unfortunately doesn’t have anything on under it, so Rarity has to take measurements of the Dragoness in the buff, and remarks how much of a goddess she looks like (the breasts in particular). Rarity unfortunately only has one dress that fits the busty dragoness, and it’s a rather embarrassing polka-dot dress meant for a large pony. Cynder is none too happy about the dress and is mocked for it by Celestia when the rival mothers meet. Thankfully she does get a newly made-for-her dress the next day.
I wondered why she couldn’t have just worn the cloak until a new dress was ready. I also wondered why she couldn’t have just made a loincloth and chest wrap out of sheets, though given how busty she was in the story, nothing probably would have been enough to hold those in :P Still, I loved the idea of Anthro Cynder in a loincloth, so I made it a point to draw it. Two versions actually.
In the first version, she simply takes some sheets from Rarity’s and Sweetie Belle’s bedrooms and made them into a chest wrap and diaper respectively. Sweetie Belle’s sheets, however, had butterfly prints on them, which combined with the diaper-like loincloth appearance did give the impression of a diaper. Still, it was better than that ugly dress.
Alternatively, in another world, she found a pair of cloth diapers in Rarity’s boutique, one adorned with the mare’s cutie mark. Why does Rarity have these in her Boutique? No matter, Cynder sure as hell wasn’t going to wear that dress and ties one of the diapers on her attractive scale butt and the other around her chest and departed. She was sure she’d still get lots of embarrassing looks, but at least her sexy body was more prolific now.
Nixie chose a rather unfortunate time to visit Ponyville with Leon…
I never used to be a fan of Anthro Cynder, but now I am :P
Visual Description:
Cynder is a black female dragon with a violet-red color on her belly and undertail, as well as her wing membrane. She has six tan color horns, one behind each cheek, one on each side of her head, and one each side on the back of the top of her head. She has large breasts and abs on her midriff. She is wearing a gray, butterfly-print sheet wrapped around her waist and tucked in at the front between her legs, and another gray sheet wrapped around her chest over the lower half of her breasts like bandages. She has her right hand on her hip while scratching her head with her other hand. She remarks “Well, this is better than that stupid dress, but now I could be mistaken for wearing a diaper.”
Across from her is Leon and Nixie (in her dragon form). Leon (a baby dragon with midnight blue scales and an indigo belly with fins of the same color on his cheeks and the top of his head) is only clad in his standard light blue, pinkish red and white cloth diaper, holding a blue Ice cream (with a sugar cookie and cocoa stick) in a cone as he looks at Cynder with wide eyes and a surprised expression.
Nixie (she is white with a light blue underbelly, wings, fins of the same color, and a unicorn horn on the top of her head). She is wearing a dull blue toga with a rope around the waistline and gold buttons on the shoulder straps (she also has breasts, but not as large as Cynder’s). In her right hand, she holds a wooden mug with an apple picture on it (Applejack’s Cider). She uses her left forearm to cover Leon’s eyes from the scantly clad Cynder. She also looks at Cynder with wide eyes and a shocked expression.
The Background is a simplified version of Ponyville houses and horizon.
In the alt version, Cynder wears a gray cloth diaper held up by side knots and features Rarity’s cutie mark on the front. She has another diaper wrapped around her chest to cover the lower half of her breasts. Nixie, meanwhile, wears a dark blue flowing loincloth with nothing underneath it and a dark blue tribal bra with black lining near the top and a gold rounded square brooch over the right side with a blue triangle on it which is used to connect the bra to a sole shoulder strap on the right shoulder. She has a dark blue piece of cloth wrapped around her left upper arm and a black leather bracer on her right wrist. In addition, Cynder says “Why the hell did she have these in her boutique? Oh well, still better than the dress. Thank ancestors, Spyro isn’t here to see this.”
