With two months left of the trial the elder decided it was best to end it before it got worse. He never trusted Shadow from the start yet gave him a chance since he didn't want to see Suko so lonely. Pretty much done with the backstory stuff! There's a few things left to cover from now to the kidnapping that'll fill the gaps but I'll try to keep that to two parts hopefully. At least keep it under 5- efekdf I'm so sorry I know y'all are wanting to continue the present stuff I just wanted to finish up the past so it'll all (sorta) make sense!
Note: Shadows legs got a different appearance cuz I wanted to try something and I like them more so they'll stay!

True, I am a bit on my toes waiting to see what will happen next in the present. But I look forward to see more of the past to understand the whole story. Knowing that Suko could bear children makes me more mad that Shadow was willing to get rid of him. Didn't he consider having a Queen to give him heirs and continue his legacy or was he trying to find the key to immortality and not need them?
