So yee. I mentioned pmd being a huge inspiration for my pieces. This one is drawn specifically for a character's new icon. In this case, the Scyther I based my last picture on. He's become a dmpc thanks to me. And he has a phobia of being seen naked constantly. So now I've dressed him up. (My character happens to be a Smeargle)
