Background/History
Born in Kalos, Serena's parents abandoned her as a newborn in the orphanage. While there the other kids in the orphanage made fun of her natural blue hair. At age 14 She found an old book that belonged to a witch during the Old Settlement Era in the Leaf Library the librarian explained to Serena that it contained hexes and forbidden spells so she decided to buy it cause in her words "that's cool 7w7"
