It could be one of those, but my money’s on not knowing what to say—obviously a Ditto can only mimic the outward appearance of another Pokémon, but maybe it’s also kind of awkwardly confused. If this is its job, it’s a safe bet that the target would have probably just humped and dumped no questions. But since poor Prometheus is confused, intrigued and (heartbreakingly) optimistic, he seeks to “learn” about his future possible mate.

I'm pretty sure that there aren't any and they just lied to him about there being more of his race to try and get him to go along with all this. I mean, I wouldn't put it past them, they've talked about brainwashing him and the only reason they didn't execute him for what he did is because his species is almost extinct and killing him would end his species. That is apparently not allowed to be done even though the Pawniard and Bisharp were trying to do that and not being punished for it, this is why I hate these judge guys, they are hypocrites.
