Creative! A clone that doesn't know he's a clone. But those that are around him do know. And wearing the love juices of those close to him~ I like the added touch of him being happy, even if he is oblivious to what is going on.

Do you think so? Almost every story involving clones or "replicant" robots has that big moment of revelation when they discover that they are no original artificial creations. That's because it's usually easier for whoever is responsible for its creation to handle the clone. Otherwise you would have to keep them as prisoners or cattle, and that makes the whole thing look even worse in ethical terms.
In this case, the fact that in that world they do this thing of tattooing a mark that reveals someone as a clone and that they live among other people... it insinuates somewhat shady implications of that society because they put a mark on someone so that others can distinguish them and act accordingly. If in that world cloning were applied so that single parents could have children (which could be an ethical way of applying cloning, leaving aside religious implications) they would not put a mark on the clone and even less one that is so revealing; cloning would probably be treated with the same discretion with which adoption is treated. So I wonder if in that world clones are tattooed because they are in some sense disabled compared to a normal person... or because that society considers them objects, toys or pets.

Also, during the cloning process, his sense of smell was removed XD That... or maybe he knows about that in the cloths but you see he's happy because he interprets it as a symbol that he belongs to them or something like that?
