The person who commissioned this picture actually acted as a middle man for another person, who wanted to use an artist's character in a commission, but as that artist said no. Decided to use me instead, and tried to hide it by not revealing that the character they wanted me to draw belonged to someone else.
After a bit of digging around I found out about the whole deal, and with them having payment issues, I honestly thought that this was going to be some scam for free art, and so I confronted them on it, but it was actually legit... so, having sorted out and received payment, and after getting permission from the original artist, I finally completed it. Afterwards the two 'commissioners' as far as I'm aware, just vanished.
Well, all I know for certain is that this is a piece I drew now, for one of the most mysterious commissioners I'm ever encountered. I think it still looks pretty good...

I've kinda wanted to draw Spike from MLP for some time now, while I never really liked him back during my MLP Fandom days, Leon and Yosh have really made me appreciate the character a lot through their works. Also, it's nice to draw a dragon from MLP that isn't Smolder for once.
