Despite still being a Pokemon, Zunair has a lot of people who find his human form attractive... but his heart belongs to the lovely Pokemon Ranger who has helped him out again and again. Yet even still, he hasn't worked up the nerve to be affectionate towards Borage. This leads the 'cowboy' to make the moves most of the time, bringing him in for cuddles and kisses when he's feeling annoyed.
That face may seem annoyed but Zunair inwardly melts every time.
