A little experiment! Wanted to try colouring a complex background the way I've been colouring the last few characters, with overpainting on a black&white image. Didn't really turn out how I was imagining, so I cut it short, but it still wound up looking kinda neat! Definite lessons learned on the background part, hehe. Overpainting detail doesn't really work if the b&w part is too detailed, as you either get a lot of weird saturation or just end up over-correcting, which is awkward. Will have to see what I use from this!
