"Breathing from the sky"

Fish, even if anthro, have a VERY hard time exploring the surface world, but this one has been training his legs to take advantage of an opportunity that comes by every now and then... When the water he needs to breathe just falls from the sky! Breathing that still doesn't feel the best, since he gets air in him in the process, but the humidity definitely helps. Strong enough to easily walk on land, and now with a way to breathe, he's ready to explore above the surface!
