Lord Loona's second-in-command.

This one was a author who wrote books putting down the Pussyfoot Ninjas, until she met Lord Loona and wished for superpowers. She was the one to kill Dodge between the Present Day and 18 Years Later along with her sisters (well sister as Dodge killed the Pyromaniac one in the fight, but she and her sister don't get one shit about her, just getting rid of a weak link.) She also orders around a group of 5 villains and a bunch of crossover characters who they mislead to join (claiming to give them Cyberia if they beat Rocky and his group, but has no intentions of doing so.)

Base was made by Spar Bases.

Rocky needs some original foes because his journey would be boring if he had no resistance at all.
