The prince is heading off on a trip to some exotic destination. He waits on the monorail platform for his luxury cabin, luggage piled high, ready for his equine attendants to load all those suitcases. All that just for a weekend? Good lord...! What does he have in there?

That is the context that comes to mind when I view this lovely picture by Mrawl. She was tasked with putting Ethy in frilly steampunk noble femboy attire, and this is what she came up with. I think she nailed it. What do you think? Comments below!
