This time it's another one of those lesser-known mermaids, Marina from the Smurfs episode "Handy's Sweetheart". He must've used some kind of magic to turn her into this form so she could see him again. Just wait till Handy - and the rest of the Smurfs - see her enter their village. The boys will probably go ga-ga for her while poor Smurfette develops another jealous streak.
