so yeah the species and design is clearly that of a Lombax (see also Ratchet and Clank)
I am also calling it a Gobaxi since that's what I came up with to explain having Lombaxes in Dungeons and Dragons games homebrew content. (essentially a hybrid of a Goblin and a Tabaxi to get both the small and cat features at the same time while also ensuring high dexterity and creativity for being inventive) This particular character is named Aryn. Pictured with him is his Steel Defender Construct "Chirpy" the Mecha Dragon.
