The pieces are coming together and we have a better understanding. I'm not a big Mephiles fan, but this version is much nicer and kinder to Suko. Had they been mated as they were originally ment to be, maybe things would have been different for Suko. Shadow has begun his decent into darkness. He was so innocent as a child. I've questioned myself in the last few days if Shadow always had this cruelness in him or did something happen later to make him this way.

Thank you very much to have shown another pieces of their past! Mephilies is really nice in your series and have fear of failure or hurting. He's very kind, so kind that I can see why he's fallen for Suko's charm but not the way Shadow thinks. He saw how pure and innocent Suko is and wanted to protect him from his brother! But he didn't succeed on doing it. I'm curious to know if Mephilies knows how different Shadow acted around Suko. If he was ever worried about Shadow hanging out around Suko since from his words he does know Shadow have anger control issues. Maybe he wasn't so bad like now? I mean after all, before deciding to protect Suko, he kinda pushed Shadow on Suko, and Suko totally ignored it (what a bad guy you're Suko~....I'm kidding). Now I'm more curious! I want to see Shadow acting nice around Suko and then being a monster when Suko's not around. And I have the same curiosity as in the comment below. Was always Shadow so cruel or it happened something? Or maybe his cruelness just developed along his growing up without particular accident happening? I mean, he was nice as a kid and genuine liked Suko...or he was just feigning it from the start? What an actor! XD Thank you for this episode!! I'm so happy when their past are revealed!
