Wow! Now THAT'S a glow-up! Even with how tired you were when you drew the first version of this I really liked the pose and idea, so it being redone so quickly and so amazingly is wonderful! The lineart is still a little sketchlike in some parts like her shoes and the city, but given that it's an opener and still looks awesome, that's hardly an issue! Plus, the full color really brings it all out. I'm astounded by how good it looks from that, honestly! Her face is beyond adorable, that's one of my absolute favorites you've drawn recently!

Deko is so huge here! Her loafers are able to take out entire blocks of buildings at once, and she's loving every moment of it! Such a bright and joyful open smile on her face as she stomps about, skirt flying up plenty in the process! The frilly Chuu2 skirts always seemed tricky to draw to me but you nailed it acting in three dimensions while keeping it simple to look at too, which is impressive! (Also, excellent pantsu.) The flow of her pose and uniform are well drawn too, and go with the bob of her twintails from her movements. Deko has such a cute build, you're so good at drawing her! Always liked her hairstyle a bunch too, it bouncing up a little itself is like the cherry on top, cuteness-wise.

The trees in the foreground help make the background come together nicely, giving the picture a bit of depth to the setting that's sometimes missing from your more zoomed-out pieces. It's a clever and effective way to make the world feel fuller, and the mountains in the back absolutely paling in comparison to Deko's height only further the visual effect of her massive scale here! Awesome job all-around!
