Cassandra McFibble is another of the mysterious figures from Shir Scrabble's sleeping dreams, a figure of less impressive stature but one that is never the less important to those tales shi scribes. The partner of the mysterious Paladin Rillys, Cassandra represents a rather curious figure. A tempress figure who yet remains one of the forces of 'good.' Often found tending to her 'den of sin' in the far-off Ghost World they call home, she often serves as the information broker of their Waystation and helping set up smaller outfits to follow up on discoveries that she and her wife find out in the wilds and wastes beyond the mountains their home is built into.
As a 'Warbeast,' she comes from a mass-produced stock of creatures, only to rise above her original form and breaking the cognitive limiters commonly keeping her kind down. It speaks to her will that she withstands many of the social pressures to further modify herself to physically rise above her form and keeps true to herself. She's found ways to fit in, holding her 'Den' through cutouts to prevent more conservative elements from confiscating it, and has quite a few employees and co-conspirators working to keep things just the way she likes it. She keeps the books, keep atop of information within and without their station, and keeps atop of what everyone really wants. And, she works to fulfill those desires-provided they don't hurt others. She's particularly fond of fulfilling baser desires, often enjoying the moaning releases of those who've been left wanting. Part of her efforts go towards learning enough about everything to know exactly what she needs to get up to.
She, much like her wife, is hardly what could be called 'pacifist', and commonly joins the Paladin out on expeditions to the strange ruins beyond the mountains. With tooth, claw, and head-mounted laser weapon she often acts as a scout for her partner. Being smaller, stealthier, and capable she often sneaks through problems to know what they're up against. And having some power with the eldritch energies of the empyrean realms of The Wyrd, she often arranges to set things up for Rillys to clear things through and explore with the ability to divide and conquer. She often helps pack a good chunk of their supplies so that her wife can carry a lot of the loot back.
In many cases, once back, she works to make deals and ensure that she benefits from the right people getting the right information. Often found during the day slinking about when some of the more conservative members of the clan are about, she's constantly passing information to those she favors and turning that into more security for herself. At night, she's often in her Den, introducing many to the lovely delights found within or teasing the relatively 'innocent' to the point of blushy embarrassment. In many cases, she deals within, dragging those who want to meet the right mon or person to important meetings and building up her network. She's gotten very good at getting people together, both as partners... and as 'partners', if you catch her wriggling eyebrows and wagging tailtip. And if she's not at work with such endeavors, she's busy fleecing cards players... or doing a bit of writing. After all, what good does it do to have information if it dies with you?
