I always find this type of vore very erotic with the swallowed prey kicking, punching and struggling all around inside the pred's stomach trying not to get digested while the pred just stands there casually satisfied at the sight of it. Even more so with the pred poking them and sloshing them all around to get them dizzy inside. The game mechs fit very well to since there are games that have belly-escaping button mashing sequences.
