I've wanted to get a bugsona pic for a while, and I reckon ants are the most fitting species choice for me. So here's a male ant (hence the wings). I reckon in his ant-y society the males aren't quite as hapless as their real-life counterparts, but get given less physical duties since they're not as strong and sturdy as the worker gals. Thus he has some training as a scribe, using his brush and ink for important (if unglamorous) admin duties. Also handy to have a skill, because it's standard practice to send groups of males as diplomatic gifts, much to the puzzlement of other species who may not know quite what to do with 'em.
