I commissioned my buddy Yosh-E-O for a story and it’s turning out great so far, so I decided to add some extra flair and draw another cover.

When the Alicorn Amulet turns up as the prize for the Dragonlands new “Hatchling Gauntlet”, Spike recruits two mischievous hatchlings he met in the past to participate and win the amulet to keep it out of the wrong hands. Little did he know that he himself would participate due to some magic of a Unicorn turned Dragoness…

I wanted the pictures on the diaper to look more like faded diaper prints, so I was looking for a way to make a crayon like brush. The “My brush” tool seemingly filled the bill, though not perfectly. Still, I like it’s effects and I wish I learned to use it a long time ago.

Visual Description:

-Ember, hovering in the air smiling while holding the Bloodstone Scepter.
-Nixie, as a white bipedal dragoness with light blue scales on her belly and fins with a unicorn horn on her forehead, clad in a short dark blue toga waving with her right hand and holding a thick diaper in the other hand.
-Smoulder, laying on her belly while resting her head under her hands and her feet in the air, winking at the camera and smiling.
-Leon and Parker. One of the twins is clad in a diaper with his eyes closed while smiling as he waves the diaper of the other twin in the air, while the other twin covers himself and chases after his brother while reaching for his stolen diaper.
-The Alicorn Amulet.
-Six gems in red, blue, yellow, green, violet, and orange.
The background is the cloudy sky of the dragonlands as the title, “The Hatchling Gauntlet” hangs beneath Spike’s padded posterior.
