This is late in the events of my squirkverse story, where a certain kangaroo is getting transformed into a squirk by Diddles, who has become an alpha squirk by this point.

What are squirks? Originally they were a bioweapon, technically, but they're cub-shaped rubber critters that are perpetually aroused and submissive. They're also immortal, and survive by consuming semen exclusively. This is also why they have pheromones that will wear down anyone reluctant to breed with them. Most of the squirks on Telxar are thousands of years old. They also tend to live in brothels to make survival easier.

In the story, Diddles inadvertedly becomes an alpha squirk, which is a fully grown squirk with the ability to reproduce. This can only occur through magick means. As an alpha squirk, he is able to regress victims through exposure to his precum. When they've reached the correct age, he'll swallow them whole. The victim will then get coated in goo which will infect and eventually melt the to-be squirk, who is eventually jizzed out in an insanely satisfying load. The resulting rubber cum puddle will eventually reform and solidify into a new squirk. This is the reproductive cycle of the squirk; non-consensual corruption. It's fucking glorious.
