Character Description
A French girl born into money, Fleur is almost insufferably elegant and snobby. She appreciates the finer things in life, especially if they come with big price tags.
Personality
Haughty and thinks very highly of herself. Despite this, she can be quite generous and selfless if the occasion calls for it - she might be a pain to deal with when she's dining out, but she always tips very well, and she thinks nothing of giving expensive presents to friends.
Ironically, she prefers her "lower" friends to her rich ones; she finds the rich ones too snobby and up-themselves for her liking. She struggles to understand her friends' way of life and thinking sometimes, and even though she's hopelessly out of touch, her friends still keep her around.
Background/History
An old rival of Claire since childhood, and one who always seemed to have the upper hand. Claire is jealous of Fleur's skills, wealth, and looks; Fleur is jealous of Claire's free spirit and openness. They have a grudging respect for each other, but will always try to get one step ahead of each other while tripping their rival up.
