----- "Leap Infantry" is a supersoldier concept wherein elite infantry that utilize power armor and jumpjets to attain extreme mobility. The Celestial Angels are the DRST's take on leap infantry, utilizing heavy cybernetic augmentation on dedicated soldiers to create powerful, but more importantly symbolic, weapons. Celestial Angels are not only capable of rapid deep-striking but intervention against enemy breakthroughs. Their mere existence alone forces enemy armies to need to field much stronger rear guards to protect important emplacements such as AA guns or artillery which can be destroyed immediately by Celestial Angels if left unguarded.
