Alphonse is simultaneously Echo's easiest and most troublesome patient, because he's incredibly open about everything in his life and very cooperative with treatment, but boy HOWDY has he been through some SHIT.
Echo probably shouldn't be his therapist AND his friend, but eh. I don't know how strict a health board the PMD world has.
