's Chelsea the Mystic is more than a seafoam colored hedgehog with a general perky disposition in most cases, I'm downright telling you she has to be some sort ofcosmic level entity at the very least. I'd personally guess a Cthulhu myself.
Both glowy and flat variations, as she wields the Popcorn Cosmic and probably has the Universal Remote tucked in that robe somewhere.
